      Question: Can this be used for wet cat food?Answer: The machine only works with dry food
      Question: How long will the desiccant bag work?
      Answer:Replace them every two weeks.
      Question: Can portions be different for different times of feeding?
      Answer: Yes. Each feeding can be a different portion size.
      Question: Can cat shake the feeder to get more food out?
      Answer: The grain outlet has a sealed structure, which can effectively avoid the problem of shaking and falling food.
      Question: Can it run on battery power only without the power plug, or is the battery only for backup in case the power goes out?Answer:To avoid sudden power outage and the feeding ofyour pet is affected, do not use the batteries as the only source to power the feeder thebatteries can only be used as an emergency plan,When feeder is powered only by balteries the WiEifunction record button and reset butonwould be disabled to extend the workina time, the meal schedules will be carried out normally Ouestion

      Question: How often should l change the filters?Answer: Please replace the filter every 2 weeks to keep the water fresh
      Question: What if water keeps spilling out of water tray?
      Answer: The filter may not be fully soaked. Please soak the filter in a clean bowl (not in water tank) for 5 minutes before the first use.
      Question: Am l required to use the filter if l already have pure water that will be used in the water fountain ?Answer; One of the reasons you need the filter is because your pet will be drinking from it and the water is recycled through the fiter to keep thewater clear of debris such as pet fur and pet saliva too.
      Question: Does this turn off automatically?
      Answer: Yes, For safety reasons, the Water Fountain will shut off automatically when there is insufficient water.

      NOTES

      For Feeder
      1.Please use the original 5V power supply.
      2. Use alkaline D batteries as an emergency plan. Do NOT use rechargeable batteries.
      3. Batteries are not included.
      For Fountain
      1. Replace the filter and the foam filter at least once every 2 weeks.
      2. Clean the pump and fountain at least once every 2 weeks.
      3. To extend the life of pump, please add water before starting the machine.
